Ring me back

Welcome in

Come in, tell us what you need built.

We are a Birmingham IT consultancy that asks before it builds. Mobile apps, interface design, websites, store release and day-to-day IT support — but only after we both understand which of those you actually need.

What people usually say first

“We need something digital. We’re not sure what.”

Good. That is the right place to start. Take a seat, and we will work out the question together.

Route finder · local planning aid

Three questions, one sensible next step

1. What feels most true right now?
2. How far along are you?
3. Who decides?

Why questions first

Most digital projects go wrong in the first week.

Not in the code. In the assumption that a website was wanted when a support fix would do, or that an app was needed when a better form on an existing site would serve customers just as well.

So the route finder above does not sell anything. It suggests which conversation to have, and what to bring to it. Nothing you click leaves your browser.

What we will not do

Pretend to know your answer before you do.

No invented urgency

We will not tell you a project must start this month. Good timing depends on your people and budget, not ours.

No padded scope

If one service is enough, we propose one. You can read our quality criteria and hold us to them.

Short answers

Questions people ask before the first call

Is the route finder a quote or AI advice?

Neither. It is a small script in your browser that maps three answers to a suggested starting page. A proper estimate needs a conversation.

Do you only work with Birmingham businesses?

Our registered address is in Birmingham. Much of the work happens remotely, so location is rarely the deciding factor; talk to us about what you need.

When can we speak?

Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 UK time (Europe/London, GMT/BST). Use the callback form and we will try to ring at the time you suggest.

What if we are not ready to commit?

That is the normal starting point. The first conversation is about deciding whether and how to proceed.
